Your Support is Needed for the 34th Annual Children’s Festival
Dear Community Partner,
I hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of the Human Response Network, I am reaching out to invite you to be a part of something truly special—our 34th Annual Children's Festival, happening on May 17th, 2025! This beloved event, held in Weaverville, is a celebration of children and families, bringing our community together for a day filled with fun, laughter, and connection.
The Children’s Festival is completely free for families to attend, offering exciting activities like inflatable obstacle courses and slides, live music, a free BBQ lunch, and engaging resource booths with activities for kids and helpful information for adults. Each year, this event is made possible by the generosity of local businesses, organizations, and community members like you.
We kindly ask for your support in making this year’s festival another great success. Your donation, whether monetary, in-kind, or through sponsorship—will go directly toward providing a safe, fun, and memorable experience for the families of Trinity County.
Your contribution will help us:
✔ Provide free meals for attendees
✔ Keep this festival free and accessible to all
✔ Offer exciting activities for children
✔ Ensure all event logistics are covered.
If you can support this event, please consider donating to Human Response Network, Children’s Festival. We would be happy to accept your check, cash, or money order at our office at 111 Mountain View Street or by mail at PO Box 2370 Weaverville Ca 96093. There is also a QR code available on this page for instant donations. Donations are tax deductible.
Thank you for your time, consideration, and for all you do for our community. We truly appreciate your support in making the 34th Annual Children’s Festival a day to remember! Booth Registration is also available by phone at 530-623-2024
